Creston Montana, home to some of the most fertile real estate in all of Montana.  The locals call the topsoil "black gold" and it can be up to 6 feet deep.  Because of this, Creston has traditionally had some of the largest agricultural spreads in the Flathead Valley.  Much of the real estate in Creston is rolling farmland with a few trees spread throughout.

There is no formal address of Creston, but the town is located at the crossroads of MT Hwy 35 and Creston Road / Riverside Road.  The map search below approximates where a local might say a "Creston" property is located.  Creston is East of Kalispell and between Columbia Falls and Bigfork. Creston Market Information

The real estate market in Creston is similar to other parts of Northwest Montana.  Residential real estate is increasing between 5 and 10 percent per year.  Vacant land is still hovering slightly above the lowest prices from 2012-2013.  In the early part of 2019, we're seeing home prices maintain their steady growth, but land prices are seemingly taking hold of the latest surge in the real estate market.  For the complete market analysis, check out the 2018 Flathead County Market Report.
